How do I order Flickr products with MOO?
If you have a Flickr account, head over to moo.com/flickr. Select which item you would like to make, and click the appropriate button.

If you are logged in to Flickr already, you'll be able to get started right away. If you're not, you'll be asked to log in, simply so we can access your photos while you design your Cards or Stickers. Don't worry though we don't store your log-in details.

If you don't have a Flickr account, but you still want to print with MOO, then feel free to use the Ready Made packs, or our Designs section. These have selections of professional images you can use to make lovely looking Cards or Stickers.

Can I use other people's photos for my MOO products?
Not right now. You can print with any images in your Flickr account as long as you have permission to do so. Please note though, that you may not use copyrighted images without express permission of the owner. We don't want any trouble here.
Can I sort through all my photos by collection, set or tag?
Yes you can. Once you've got started in the process, you'll see some tabs marked 'My sets', 'My tags' and 'Moo Gallery' near the top of the page.

My sets: this lets you sort through photos by set (you guessed that, right?) There's a drop down menu on the right of the page, listing all your available sets. Choose one to browse it and find the picture you want.

My tags: yep, this lets you search your photos by tag. Simply type in the tag you want, and away you go.

Moo Gallery: just in case you decide you don't like your own photos, or you'd like a bit more variety, you can also add photos from the MOO Gallery. Click this tab to access the gallery photos.

What's the deal with the Flickr logo & buddy icon, on the MiniCards and NoteCards?
You can choose to have the Flickr logo on your cards, or your buddy icon if you like. If it's for a special occasion, you can even choose an icon we've made for you.

To choose an icon, simply click on the one you like, and it will appear on the preview card above. If you'd like the Flickr logo too, check the box that says 'Add Flickr Logo'.

Don't fancy any of these? Click the icon that says 'none' and uncheck the 'Add Flickr logo' box. That's it. All gone.

I'm making MiniCards, but what's all this 'metadata' stuff, in the dropdown menus?
'Metadata' is all the bits of information Flickr stores with each photo you upload. Things like; title, date taken, shutter speed, photo url and so on. Making a selection from the drop down menu on the MOO/flickr 'personalise' page, means each of your cards will be printed with specific information for each photo used. It's really clever.
What are MOO urls? Huh?
Moo urls are simply shorter versions of your Flickr urls.

There's nothing sinister going on, we just noticed that the Flickr urls are often too long to fit on the back of a card which makes things kind of tricky.

The MOO url is a Flickr url with some MOO magic applied, so it's short, and if people type it in, it takes them straight to the original Flickr url right away.

I only want 10 MiniCards can I order a 10 pack? I've seen other people do it!
At the moment, the only partner we make and sell 10 packs with is Bebo. It's a social network, free to join, and lots of fun, so if you're desperate for a 10 pack, check it out you might like it!
I'm a new Flickr Pro member, and I've been offered a free 10 pack. How do I claim it?
You got a free 10 pack? That's great news! To claim it, head over to moo.com/flickr/pro.

MOO is based in London, England, where we carefully print and hand-pack everything for global delivery.
